Terms and Conditions

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from PCdot.co.uk However, we understand on rare occasions you may need to return the products back to us.

Goods Reported Faulty Within 28 Days of Receipt
If you are reporting faulty goods, within 28 days of receipt (please note that for business customers, this is 14 days), then when the goods are returned to us complete (including all manuals, wires and software) we'll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.
NOTE: All items will be fully tested before refund is issued.

Goods Damaged in Transit
If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 7 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, it’s best to sign the delivery note accordingly.
(The driver will wait while you inspect your item)
Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.

Goods Reported Faulty After 28 Days
If you are reporting faulty goods more than 28 days after receipt, then we strongly recommend that you contact the manufacturer direct for a warranty repair. The telephone number will be in with the manuals along with the manufacturer’s warranty.

If You Have Changed Your Mind
If you have changed your mind and you are a private customer (not applicable to business customers), and the goods have not been in your possession for over 7 days, then you are entitled to return the goods to us on condition that you take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us. In particular this means that:
  • You will NOT break any manufacturer’s seals or open shrink-wrapped or blister pack products.
  • You will NOT load software onto any computer.
  • You will return in good condition all packaging, manuals, cables etc
  • You will return the goods in a condition that would enable PCdot.co.uk to resell them as new.
Please note that the cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer and may incur a restocking fee.

Warranty Information
Most products have got a minimum of a 12 months manufacturer’s warranty. More information can be found on the product detail page or contact us for more detailed information.
NOTE: PCdot will not be held liable for products not covered, been misused, water damaged or any other refusal offered by the manufacturer.

Other Notes
  • PCdot does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays caused by delivery companies or manufacturer lead times. If a delay is likely, we shall contact the customer and advise of the delay.
  • We will try to deliver your goods within 28 days but delay in delivery is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates we give you for delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in delivering the goods to you.
  • If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 28 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
  • PCdot reserves the right to add or remove any item from these terms at any time.
